With over twenty years experience in the yachting industry as well as years of real estate experience in Mallorca we are able to offer you a full monitoring and maintenance service for your beloved belongings here on the Island.
With very well respected clients and contacts both here in Mallorca and Internationally we provide a wide selection of services from key holding, basic cleaning, general maintenance, engine repairs, yacht carpentry, painting, rigging, gardening, pool maintenance, decorating and even legal assistance through well respected and known professional lawyers based here on the Island.
We try to keep things as simple and clear for you as possible. We offer a basic guardiennage package for both Yachts and Properties and then add the services that you require. Depending on your requirements we will provide a monthly quote. For additional services or hours we charge a fixed hourly rate. We are happy to arrange an initial meeting with you in our office or at your yacht or property where we can discuss things in further detail.
