Property Management
We offer a monthly maintenance package which includes a large selection of services. We make a monthly quote depending on the size, condition and the location of the property. Any additional services are charged at a fixed hourly rate or quoted on request. Whether you simply want us to keep an eye on your house or you are looking to carry out extensive works or renovations. We make sure the job gets done!.
We cover everything from simply checking in on your property from time to time, cleaning, pool and garden maintenance, kitchen installations, painting, decorating and renovations. You simply choose the services you require and either through our own staff or through subcontracting of specialist companies we will make sure that the work is taken care of and finished to the professional standard that we know you would expect. Prices include travel, administration and translation costs.
